Need to contact the servicer working on your placement? Here's how to do so.
If you need to contact the servicer working on your placement for any reason, the best and easiest way to do so is via the Message Servicer feature on our platform.
Messages sent via this feature go directly to the account servicer and will be logged in the timeline below/at the bottom of the placement information page. CollBox's integrated messaging tools make it easy to contact the servicer, as well as to track your communication as the details of the message will be logged on the placement screen.
To use the 'Message Servicer' feature:
- Click on the yellow 'Collecting' box on the right side of your CollBox dashboard to see the placements you’re collecting on:

Click on the placement you'd like an update on.

Click the 'Message Servicer' button below the servicer details on the placement screen:

Fill out the text field in the pop-up and click the 'Send' button:
Note: The 'Message Servicer' button will not be visible if the placement is in the 'Hold' state. Once the hold has been released you will be able to send messages.
