Need to provide the servicer working on your placement with additional documentation? Here's how to do so.
If you need to provide any additional documents to the servicer assigned to your placement, the best and easiest way to do so is via the Attach Files feature on our platform.
CollBox's integrated tools make it easy to provide information to the servicer, as the documents provided via this feature go directly to the account servicer and will be logged in the timeline at the bottom of the placement information page.
To use the 'Attach Files' feature:
- Click on the yellow 'Collecting' box on the right side of your CollBox dashboard to see the placements you’re collecting on:
- Select the placement you'd like to attach a file to.
- Click the 'Attach Files' button below the servicer details on the placement screen:
- Browse and select the files you want to attach, then click 'Upload'!
Note: The 'Attach Files' button will not be visible if the placement is in the 'Hold' state. Once the hold has been released you will be able to attach files.
